Orders and Returns
Our goal is to produce items that are beautiful well packed and made with care that will make people happier. In the rare occasion your purchase did not make you as happy as you thought it would, then we are offering the possibility to return the goods purchased. All we ask from you is that you should return them within 2 weeks (14 days) after you have received them in their original packaging and including all the content of the package you received, with a small note that states the reason that you will like to return your package.
In this case please contact us by mail to inform us prior to shipping your package so we can arrange for your refund. We strongly advice that you should get a receipt for shipping and we will inform you that in this case you will get a refund of your payment minus shipping
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. In the case of faulty goods, we will refund you in full (the cost of the product and postage). In the case of non-faulty goods, we will refund you for the cost of the product only. Please ensure that these are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging).
